| Rosebud is a modern AI-powered journaling app founded by YC alumni, trusted by a growing global user base for daily reflection and mental wellness. At Rosebud, I owned the end-to-end design of high-impact new features and contributed to overall product design direction. Based on user feedback, data, and research, I proposed and explored new ideas, including concepts developed during hackathons, and shaped both near-term releases and longer-term opportunities through structured initiatives and epics. I took features from discovery through launch, driving measurable improvements in engagement and retention. In parallel, I independently initiated and built a scalable design system, including SOPs, workflows, a shared design space, and internal wiki to support company’s structures.
